specialYay! The Chargers beat the Colts in San Diego! Didn't think they would win, but they did! I am glad I have the game on video tape!
Other than that, everything is going pretty well. Going to have a busy week this week, but it should be less busy after Friday.

party time!Decided to switch up the games I played on Christmas: Will play Dead Space and Metal Gear Solid 4 on my birthday. Opted for Fallout 3 and MGS 2 for Christmas. Dropped MapleStory since I couldn't get by the second job advancement. Played that quest for hours only to die before completing it. I got better things to do than waste my time on that game.
New Years Day is coming up! Got some business to take care of in the meantime. Hopefully, I can de-stress over the weekend and de-stress again after the following Thursday.

party time!Woke up early this morning, not much sleep since Tuesday, but I should be getting more sleep the next few days.
Having a get-together for lunch (Chinese food) with the people I work with, so that should be good. Two snow storms the last three days made me shovel more than I cared to. 
Just checked imdb.com and saw that Dina Meyer is celebrating her 40th birthday today, just in time for me to post her playing card at the old Hive! Talk about timing!
Still contemplating on telling someone I work with that I have had a crush on her for over a year now. I'm thinking she must have figured it out by now since she was the only one I gave a Christmas card to this year, LOL!
Anyway, excited about the Chargers chances to go to the playoffs! Hopefully they will beat the Broncos and make it in! Keeping my fingers crossed on that one.

hug meBack in 1985, I received a flyer about a new game edition for the Superstar Pro Wrestling game edition SuperSet '85. I sent them the money and waited. When I didn't receive anything from them, I wrote to them and asked them to send the set, and included proof of payment. STILL didn't receive anything from them. So I said to myself, "Don't order from them ever again."
Now, it's 23 years later. I had heard of a web site that offered downloads of various sets of the game, but never checked it out much before. I finally downloaded the sets, and YAY! There was SuperSet '85! A bit late, since I don't intend on going back to that game anytime soon, but at least I FINALLY got the set!
Anyway, now if only I still had all the bootlegs that I made for that game...
coolGot some solid sleep today. Finished the last bit of moving yesterday.
Saw "The Midnight Meat Train" early this morning, and it was pretty bloody. Not too bad of a movie based on a short story by Clive Barker (Hellraiser).
Now that I have digital cable, I can order wrestling PPVs whenever I want, so I may just go ahead and order WrestleMania this year!
Haven't seen Saw 5 yet, hoping to during the middle of the week. I may even write a review for it and post it somewhere!

Finished moving on Monday. I got a bunch of DVDs and video games I have to re-organize, yuck.
Got some help moving from a babe I used to have a big crush on. She kept "feeling me up" by putting her phone and keys in my back pocket, so that was unexpected and fun!
Bought Dead Space last week, but will save it for Christmas Day, unless Destroy All Humans Path of the Furon actually comes out on time in December. Got over 50% of the trophies on Blitz 2, YAY!
Feeling a bit tired from the move. Good thing I don't have to go back to work till Wednesday.
Gonna buy some ice cream and pizza tomorrow, and catch up on my sleep a little. Thanks for reading!
lazyStarted up playing MapleStory this week. Got up to Level 17 already! Should be moving within a week. More about that later.

surprisedJust found out today that there will be a sequel to one of my favorite games (ESPN NFL 2k5)!! There was no NFL 2k6 because Madden has exclusive rights to the NFL until at least 2010. So this is a surprise after many rumors were floating around about a generic football game to be made by 2k's Visual Concepts were on the internet the past several months.
The All-Pro Football 2k8 game comes out this summer hopefully, and if it's at least half as good as NFL 2k5, I will be happy!
Anyway, other than that, things have been pretty quiet for me (surprisingly!).

Almost ready to kick off my S.A.W. Fed. Might wait to do that since I would rather catch up on COTG (30 fed years behind!). Got about fifteen bootlegs I want to add to S.A.W. already, but will have to wait on those.

not sureFinally got Star Trek Legacy on Friday, along with an Action Replay Max cheat device.
Star Trek plays a bit choppy. I've played Campaign a few times, and I guess you can't save the game until you've completed a large number of objectives. I played about five objectives, and still haven't reached the spot where you can save the game. I'm not too enthusiastic about the game as a whole. I was hoping that it be as fun as Star Trek Armada was, but it isn't.
The Action Replay Max doesn't work. It might be the EVO Drive device that stores saves so you can transfer them to the PS2. It might be the PS2 itself too. It's been skipping a bit on DVDs lately.
Anyway, I think I wasted over $80 on these things. Oh well...
lazyI won't be starting WarGames 2091 until at least Tuesday because I want to start playing Star Trek Legacy first.
Bought some candy today, big bags of M&Ms and mini-Reese's. I have the next seven days off, so it's time to catch up on some sleep. That's about it for now! See ya on the Boards!

I was skeptical as usual at the start of the season, but Rivers turned out better than I could hope for. Denver is always tough at home, and LT never does well there.
Anyway, couldn't sleep last night, as playoff aspirations ran through my head! Hope to get some sleep tonight though!

Melrose Place & 90210 on DVD? Not interested in those shows anymore. Used to follow those shows and had a lot of the episodes of both on tape, though.
Watched football yesterday for the first time this season. Patriots lost to the Colts, playing not their best football. Chargers are doing good, surprisingly. I don't think they will make it to the playoffs this year though.
Surfed a lot of internet over the weekend. Might start up a fan site for Rachael Leigh Cook. She's my fave right now.
Might order more stuff from Filsinger Games. Haven't decided on what to order yet.
Gonna put up some Alicia Silverstone wallpaper soon. She's an all-time fave of mine.
Saw the "revisioned" Star Trek over the weekend. Gonna start taping those episodes soon.

The screen I saw it on was very dark. Didn't help that the movie wasn't lit well either. At first, it seemed disjointed and gratuitously (sp?) gory. This was all explained in the end though. I was expecting the movie to reveal that Amanda & Jigsaw were related. I thought I read that somewhere...
Anyway, I was expecting a great twist ending, and got an unexpected ending, making me wonder what will be in store for Saw 4 (Tobin Bell is supposedly signed for five movies).
I wouldn't say it's a great movie. It was okay. I expected a much better ending, and more inventive traps. Maybe next time...
